Facility Cleaning Supervisor (Medical Center)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facility Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning and sanitation operations in a medical center environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, infection control, and safety in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations within the medical center
• Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Train, schedule, and monitor cleaning staff performance
• Conduct regular inspections of wards, clinics, operating areas, and common spaces
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Coordinate with facility management and medical staff regarding cleaning requirements
• Maintain cleaning records, reports, and incident logs
• Enforce health, safety, and PPE protocols at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Facility Supervisor in a medical center, hospital, or clinic
• Strong knowledge of healthcare cleaning standards and infection control procedures
• Experience supervising housekeeping or janitorial teams
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machines, and safety practices
• Ability to work flexible shifts if required or Willing to do Overnight Shifting
