Facility Engineer

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer for one of our clients in Dubai

Role: ensure the maintenance, functionality, and availability of all buildings and technical facilities, including MEP, HVAC, civil works, and building systems, while coordinating closely with Engineering, IT, and external contractors to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support MEP, HVAC, and building technical facilities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Respond to unplanned facilities and operational issues.
• Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Support meeting rooms, power, lighting, and AV systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 3- 5 years of experience in facilities or engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, UPS, and fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and safety standards.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
