Facility Engineer

Job Title: FM Engineer (Full-Time)

Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced FM Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Management operations, maintenance, and team supervision. The candidate must have hands-on experience in managing MEP systems and ensuring smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily FM operations across assigned properties

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

Supervise MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV systems)

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Handle breakdowns and emergency maintenance efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Facilities Management (FM) company (mandatory)

Age below 40 years

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures

Experience in handling residential/commercial properties
