Facility Management Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Engineer to oversee the operations and maintenance of buildings, commercial kitchens, cold rooms, and warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, safety compliance, and cost-effective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HVAC systems, refrigeration units (cold rooms), and commercial kitchen equipment
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Supervise contractors and external service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Monitor equipment performance, minimize downtime, and optimize operational costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and asset management
• Experience in cold storage or food industry is a strong advantage
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CAFM systems
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼11,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
