Facility Management Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
• Ensure that all services such as cleaning, security, waste management, and landscaping are delivered effectively and meet organizational standards.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure all systems are regularly serviced and maintained.
• Coordinate and oversee corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of any issues or breakdowns.
• Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring all maintenance and operational services are delivered to the required standards.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts for maintenance, repair, and operational services, including evaluating vendor performance.
• Ensure all vendors comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Facility Management, Engineering, a related field.
• 5 years of experience in facility management, project management, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and facility management best practices.
• Proven experience managing complex projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
