Facility Management Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations of facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in building maintenance, team management experience, and a solid understanding of health and safety standards. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams, coordinating repair works, and ensuring facilities are operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the facilities management team.
• Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair works are carried out efficiently and within timelines.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for specialized maintenance work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and maintenance activities.
• Manage emergency maintenance issues and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices where applicable.
