Facility Management Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance for multiple residential apartment buildings and commercial properties across Doha. The role requires hands-on technical oversight, strong coordination skills, and effective tenant relationship management.

The ideal candidate must be currently based in Qatar, available for immediate joining, and hold a valid Qatar Driving License.

· Supervise daily facility operations, including routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.

· Monitor and manage building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarms, and elevators.

· Coordinate and supervise a team of technicians, cleaners, and outsourced service providers.

· Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with Qatar Civil Defense and Health & Safety regulations.

· Perform regular site inspections and develop action plans for corrective measures.

· Schedule and manage preventive maintenance for all equipment and systems.

· Manage maintenance logs, inventory of tools and materials, and asset tracking.

· Assist in preparing budgets, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts.

· Liaise with tenants and clients to ensure maintenance requests are addressed promptly.

· Provide support during emergencies and resolve maintenance-related issues quickly.

· Maintain accurate documentation for inspections, incidents, and compliance reports.

· Ensure optimal energy usage and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
