Facility Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Take over the site from PMC and complete last-leg works.
• Manage daily operations & facility maintenance of the warehouse (civil, electrical, fire-fighting, utilities, security).
• Oversee vendors & AMC contracts, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and handle breakdowns.
• Act as a single point of contact for management, tenants, and service providers.

Profile We Seek

• B.E./Diploma in Civil (preferred) with 4–5 years in warehouses/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, PEB, electrical, fire & MEP systems.
• Good in vendor management, reporting, and compliance.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
