About the Role:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of a new complex launching soon in Korangi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning across all departments, maintain operational standards, manage staff and vendors, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, security, and scheduling.
• Supervise on-ground staff including reception, maintenance, and support teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, food and beverage partners, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle bookings, customer inquiries, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor inventory and procurement for equipment, supplies, and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing activities.
• Prepare and manage daily/weekly operational reports and budgets.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior management, providing regular updates and feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with management software/tools.
• Customer-service mindset and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong English Language Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
