Facility Manager

Role Summary
The Facility Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the indoor cricket and fitness facility. This role combines machine handling, customer management, safety supervision, and basic administration to ensure a smooth, premium experience for all players and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Facility Operations

• Operate and manage bowling machines, nets, lights, and fitness equipment

• Ensure proper setup and shutdown of machines and lights

• Monitor pitch, mats, nets, and overall facility condition

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in playing and fitness zones

Customer Handling

• Greet players and assist with check-in/check-out
• Explain rules, packages, safety instructions, and usage guidelines
• Handle basic customer queries and complaints politely
• Coordinate sessions for individuals, groups, and teams

_ Equipment & Safety_

• Ensure safe use of bowling machines and fitness equipment
• Identify wear & tear and report maintenance needs
• Enforce safety protocols for players and staff
• Supervise junior staff or helpers (if any)

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain daily attendance and booking records
• Coordinate with reception for payments and schedules
• Report daily issues, feedback, and incidents to management
• Assist during events, trials, and special sessions

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Interest or background in sports / cricket / fitness
• Basic understanding of machines or technical equipment
• Good communication and people-handling skills
• Physically fit and alert
• Basic smartphone / tablet handling (POS, bookings)

Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher qualification is a plus)

PREFERRED (NOT MANDATORY)

• Experience in:

Sports facility
Gym / fitness center
Coaching academy

• Playing or coaching cricket at any level
• Willingness to learn new technology

WORKING HOURS

• Shift-based (morning / evening)
• Weekends and peak hours mandatory
• Weekly off (rotational)
