Facility Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Facility Manager with a strong background in hotels and facility management to oversee daily operations, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support services. The candidate should have proven experience in managing 30–40 staff members and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete facility operations including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendors
  • Supervise, train, and schedule a team of 30–40 employees
  • Ensure hotel-level cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained
  • Conduct regular site inspections and take corrective actions
  • Handle vendor management, AMC contracts, and service providers
  • Coordinate with clients/management for daily operational requirements
  • Monitor inventory, consumables, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations
  • Handle staff attendance, performance, and discipline
  • Prepare reports on operations, incidents, and staffing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Facility Manager / Operations Manager in Hotels or Facility Management companies
  • Experience managing large teams (minimum 30 staff)
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, maintenance, and vendor coordination
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and client-handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, emails)
  • Willingness to work in shifts or flexible timings if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,750.19 - ₹69,334.46 per month
