FACILITY MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of a high-end facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all building operations, maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, and technical services
• Supervise contractors, maintenance teams, and external service providers
• Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards at all times
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and cost control for facility operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and local regulations
• Handle repairs, emergencies, and operational issues quickly and efficiently
• Manage inventory, supplies, and facility-related software systems
• Coordinate with management and other departments to support daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management
• Previous experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or private estate environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and contractor management
• Experience managing teams and multiple service providers
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
• Relevant degree or certification in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Preferred:

• Experience in high-end private households, villas, compounds, hotels, or premium commercial facilities
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
• Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented approach
