We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of a high-end facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all building operations, maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, and technical services
- Supervise contractors, maintenance teams, and external service providers
- Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards at all times
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Oversee budgets, procurement, and cost control for facility operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and local regulations
- Handle repairs, emergencies, and operational issues quickly and efficiently
- Manage inventory, supplies, and facility-related software systems
- Coordinate with management and other departments to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management
- Previous experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or private estate environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and contractor management
- Experience managing teams and multiple service providers
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
- Relevant degree or certification in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Preferred:
- Experience in high-end private households, villas, compounds, hotels, or premium commercial facilities
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented approach
