Facility Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Officer to manage and maintain the day-to-day facility operations of our Aesthetics Lab. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment in line with healthcare and aesthetic industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and housekeeping
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and sterilization standards are maintained
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers
• Monitor utilities, equipment, and building services
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and lab regulations
• Handle minor repairs and report major maintenance issues
• Maintain facility and maintenance records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience as a Facility Officer or similar role (healthcare/aesthetics preferred)
• Knowledge of facility management, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
