Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, AMC, and facility-related services
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure systems
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with company policies
- Maintain records of assets, inventory, and facility-related documentation
- Supervise support staff and ensure timely task completion
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in facility or administration management (healthcare or aesthetics industry preferred)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
