Facility Supervisor (Hard Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boat crane operation, fountain etc.).
• Supervise, schedule, and monitor staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Raise and monitor issues reported to the Helpdesk for hard services through completion and tasks are completed within cost and target times.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and the helpdesk to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, request materials in advance, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Company policies.
• Participate in project work, inspections, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role for hard services (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance procedures.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance.
• Experience managing subcontractors, service-level agreements, and performance monitoring.
• Proficient in using CMMS/helpdesk systems for work order tracking and reporting.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, estimates, and maintenance schedules.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and respond to emergency call-outs
