Factory Admin Coordinator

As the regional export hub, we have the largest jam manufacturing factory in the area and a workforce of 1200+ highly qualified employees. Our diverse product range includes Jams, Syrups, Juices, Honey, Peanut Butter, and sourced Baby food and Baby milk from our group factories in Turkey & Europe.



We are seeking a Factory Admin Coordinator to ensure smooth factory operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and strong in coordination, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, factory visits, workshops, and business events.
  • Arrange visitor access and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and welcome kits for factory guests.
  • Act as link between factory and head office for administrative matters.
  • Manage correspondence , prepare reports, and ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Keep records, databases, and office supplies updated.
  • Manage and order office supplies and stationery for factory departments.
  • Support HR and Finance with scheduling , documents, and coordination .
  • Help with office projects, layout changes, and coordinate maintenance & Upgrades .


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field .
  • 2+ years’ experience in administration or coordination, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to handle confidential information carefully.
