Logistics Executive - Warehouse

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, lead an assigned area and team, drive process efficiency, and uphold the highest HSEQ standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is based in our factory in 10th of Ramadan, Al Robecky Industrial Zone.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the finished goods warehouse activities by planning, organizing, and following up on daily tasks to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Lead the execution team in line with leadership expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide them to ensure the workforce is competent, engaged, and enabled.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory audits to ensure correct stock counts.
• Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
• Ensure to implement the 5S in the warehouse areas

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse and distribution field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent command of English and Arabic
