We are looking for a Factory Admin Coordinator for our manufacturing factory, specialized in Lighting Fixtures, Street Lighting Poles, LEDS, Solar Lights etc who will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the production environment. This position is responsible for receiving and processing work orders, coordinating with production teams, arranging deliveries to clients, preparing delivery notes, and managing invoicing activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers.

  • Receive, review, and verify incoming customer work orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate work order scheduling with the production and planning departments.
  • Track the progress of work orders throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Update internal teams and customers on order status.
  • Ensure any changes or special instructions are communicated to relevant departments promptly.

Delivery & Logistics Coordination

  • Arrange delivery schedules based on production completion and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics/transport teams or third-party couriers for dispatch.
  • Prepare and issue delivery notes, packing lists, and any required transport documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and delivery confirmations.

Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for work orders, delivery documents, and production reports.
  • Assist in generating reports related to production output, order status, and delivery performance.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory Experience in factory manufacturing, logistics
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or manufacturing systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
