Factory Foreman – Composite

Job Title: Factory Foreman – Composite
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Factory Foreman to oversee daily operations in our composite manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience working with composite materials and a strong understanding of 5S principles and lean manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate composite production activities on the factory floor.
• Ensure adherence to composite layup, molding, curing, and finishing procedures.
• Implement and maintain 5S workplace organization and cleanliness.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety of the production team.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to production staff.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and engineering teams for process improvements.
• Maintain equipment and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Enforce compliance with HSE and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in composite manufacturing (carbon fiber, fiberglass, etc.).
• Proven leadership experience in a factory or production environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of 5S and lean manufacturing.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in composite production.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• 5S: 5 years (Preferred)
• Foreman (Composite): 10 years (Required)
