Factory Hepler

The Factory Helper supports daily operations by assisting with material handling, sorting, cleaning, and basic production tasks. The role helps ensure production processes run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist workers on the production line
• Load and unload materials, products, or equipment
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow safety rules and instructions at all times
• Help with simple machine operation under supervision
• Report damaged items or safety issues to supervisors

Skills & Qualities:

• Ability to follow instructions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic physical fitness (standing, lifting light items)
• Attention to safety and cleanliness
• Willingness to learn

Work Environment

• Plastic recycling plant or factory
• Exposure to noise, dust, and recycled materials
• Use of safety gear such as gloves, masks, and safety shoes

Education & Experience

• No formal education required
• Prior factory or recycling experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• On-the-job training provided
