Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the Factory HR Generalist plays a key role in delivering comprehensive human resources support across multiple functional areas. This includes talent acquisition and succession planning, employee training and development, labor relations, policy and employment law interpretation, compensation and classification, benefits administration, employee recognition programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and HR reporting standards. This position will be on-site Monday through Friday, supporting the factory and distribution center in Anderson, IN.
