Job Title: Factory Inventory Executive

Job Location: Dhulagarh ,Howrah

Interview Location: City Centre 1

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Overview:

Mibish International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts/Inventory Executive to oversee all stock and inventory-related activities at our factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth supply chain management. Additionally, the candidate will be required to perform account-related tasks and may need to visit the office for Tally and other accounting work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all stock and inventory operations within the factory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to streamline inventory processes.
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
• Use Tally software for accounting and inventory management.
• Generate and analyse inventory and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory and accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management and accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have a bike for commuting between the factory and office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay at the factory premises as needed.
• Age Limit 25 yrs to 35 yrs
