We are seeking an experienced Factory Sales & Operations Manager with a strong background in the security fencing or steel fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will oversee factory operations, coordinate with production and quality teams, manage sales and marketing strategies, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure machinery and equipment can produce goods and services at acceptable standards.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and generate positive client feedback.
- Interact with employees, prepare reports on logistics and operations, and decide on appropriate actions.
- Play a key role in developing overall operational policies and strategies.
- Maximize output from various support services.
- Ensure all necessary administrative and legal formalities are completed.
- Monitor and ensure third-party vendors execute agreed terms and conditions.
- Contribute to short- and long-term organizational planning as a member of the management team.
- Set sales targets for individual representatives and the overall team in line with company guidelines.
- Develop an annual marketing plan with the sales department, outlining activities to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage the marketing department budget and ensure all marketing activities are delivered within the approved budget.
- Direct marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
- Develop sales strategies, monitor team performance, and motivate staff to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- 15–25 years of experience in the security fencing or steel fabrication industry.
- Minimum 5 years in security fencing industry required.
- Qatar / GCC experience preferred.
- Candidates from local or overseas may apply.
- BE Mechanical required; MBA preferred.
- Experience in operations and sales management is highly desirable.
