Factory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager with a strong background in manufacturing kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and custom wood products. The ideal candidate will oversee daily factory operations, manage production teams, and ensure high-quality woodworking standards are maintained.

The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in wood manufacturing or cabinetry production.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full production process of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and custom woodwork
• Manage carpenters, machine operators, supervisors, and factory staff
• Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met
• Monitor quality control standards for finishing, assembly, and installation readiness
• Establish and maintain minimum stock levels for inventory to prevent production delays
• Monitor material consumption and reduce waste
• Supervise inventory accuracy and coordinate with purchasing department
• Ensure proper storage conditions for materials and finishes
• Optimize material usage (wood, MDF, chipboard , hardware, etc.)
• Maintain machinery and coordinate maintenance schedules
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations
• Control operational costs and reduce waste
• Coordinate with design and sales departments

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in wood manufacturing or cabinet production
• Proven experience managing a woodworking factory or production facility
• Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and tools (cutting machines, edge banders, panel saws, etc.)
• Experience in kitchen cabinet and wardrobe manufacturing is required
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
