We are looking for a Factory Manager for our biscuit manufacturing unit.

Job Responsibilities:

• * Manage daily biscuit production work
• * Planning and monitoring daily production schedules
• * Maintain product quality, Food safety and hygiene standards
• * Handle workers, shifts, and factory discipline
• * Coordinating with maintenance, quality, and stores departments
• * Reduce raw material wastage and improve productivity
• * Maintaining production and shift records

Eligibility:

• * Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or related field
• * Minimum 5–10 years Experience in biscuit manufacturing is required
• * Knowledge of biscuit processing, ovens, and packaging lines
• * Familiar with food safety standards, Ability to manage workers and factory operations
