Factory Manager : Joinery

Position Title: Joinery Factory Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Joinery Factory Manager with at least 5+ years of experience in the UAE to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and woodworking, along with proven ability to manage teams, meet production deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the joinery production facility.
• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Supervise carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and other production staff.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain material control and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Monitor equipment and machinery usage; ensure proper maintenance is carried out.
• Enforce health and safety regulations in the factory.
• Implement continuous improvements in production efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a joinery/fit-out factory within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, joinery techniques, and finishing materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings, cutting lists, and BOQs.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ production staff.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning tools or ERP systems preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.

Preferred Candidate:

• Currently based in the UAE
• UAE driving license
• Available to join on short notice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
