Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Factory & Operations Manager to oversee the entire operations of our business, including factory management and day‑to‑day operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of production, logistics, quality control, and customer service, while driving efficiency and compliance across all units.

Key Responsibilities

Factory & Production Management

• Supervise factory operations including intake, processing, quality control, and dispatch.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Optimize production schedules, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
• Implement SOPs for laundry, dry cleaning, upholstery care, and merchandise processing.

Operations Oversight

• Manage end‑to‑end operations across outlets, hubs, and spokes.
• Coordinate logistics for pickup, delivery, and onsite services.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, consumables, and merchandise.
• Ensure timely reporting and resolution of operational issues.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor factory staff, supervisors, and operations executives.
• Conduct training programs on hygiene, safety, and customer service.
• Drive performance through KPIs (turnaround time, quality scores, customer satisfaction).

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in operations and implement efficiency improvements.
• Introduce automation, digital tracking, and CRM integration for smoother workflows.
• Collaborate with management to scale operations across Pan‑India.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review.
• Support audits and inspections with accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 7–10 years of experience in operations/factory management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or service industries.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and operational dashboards.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, safety standards, and quality assurance.
