• Supervise the daily production based on cutting lists issued by the design/technical team.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists to ensure accuracy before issuing to the factory floor.
• Coordinate and allocate tasks to machine operators, carpenters, and other production staff based on the cutting schedule.
• Ensure materials are used efficiently with minimal waste through optimization of cutting plans.
• Monitor quality control at each stage of the cutting and assembly process.
• Liaise with the design, procurement, and site teams to align production schedules with project timelines.
• Troubleshoot any discrepancies or issues with cutting lists or material shortages.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of production output, material usage, and wastage.
• Supervise CNC, panel saw, edge banding, and other machinery operations as per job requirements.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping standards across the production area.
• Train and support production staff to improve skill levels and productivity.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
