ABOUT THE ROLE

Crystal Arc Factory LLC is seeking two dynamic graduates with degrees in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering to join our team as Factory Management Trainees. The selected candidates will:

• Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production efficiency
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality
• Manage workforce schedules and ensure compliance
• Implement safety protocols

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
• Monitor machinery performance and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards
• Manage workforce schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Prepare production reports and assist in operational planning

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university

PREFERRED CANDIDATES

• Graduates from South India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana)
