Factory Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor with proven experience in modular housing, caravan, or prefab production. The candidate will oversee day-to-day factory operations, production scheduling, quality control, and manpower management, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production operations of modular units, caravans, or prefab houses.
• Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and on time.
• Monitor quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
• Manage and coordinate factory workforce, including technicians, operators, and helpers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and UAE regulations.
• Maintain production records, inventory control, and material usage reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely supply of materials.
• Support installation or delivery teams for on-site projects as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor in modular, caravan, or prefab production
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate operations efficiently
• Familiarity with factory safety standards and UAE regulations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• UAE driving license

Preferred

• UAE work experience
• Knowledge of EPC or industrial project requirements
• Exposure to design and assembly processes for modular housing
