Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor (Oil and gas industry - 3PL and logistics operations)

Role Summary:

The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day

operations of the warehouse and logistics activities. They will ensure that inventory is

managed efficiently, deliveries are well-coordinated, and all import/export and clearing

processes are handled smoothly. The supervisor will also be responsible for optimizing

costs, managing vendors, and ensuring proper documentation for all warehouse and

logistics transactions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum Experience: 5+ years in warehouse and logistics management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

(preferred).

• Strong experience in the Warehouse related to Chemical or Oil & Gas industry, along with hands-on experience in 3PL and logistics operations
• Experience in import/export and clearing procedures in the UAE.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs regulations, and duty exemptions.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation skills for vendor and cost management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
