Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our client’s operations team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics activities, ensuring efficient movement of goods, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and update ERP or tracking systems.
• Support inventory management and warehouse coordination as required.
• Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, freight, and customs procedures in the UAE.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
