Position Overview

The Operations Manager oversees the daily execution of transport operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. The role focuses on fleet utilization, tanker logistics, manpower management, HSE compliance, and client satisfaction.

## *Key Responsibilities*

### *1. Daily Operations Management*

- Oversee dispatching, routing, trip planning, and fleet allocation.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.

- Monitor driver performance, trip logs, GPS data, and operational KPIs.

- Coordinate with workshop teams to minimize downtime and ensure fleet readiness.

### *2. Fleet & Logistics Coordination*

- Optimize fleet utilization, fuel efficiency, and asset deployment.

- Ensure proper documentation: trip sheets, delivery notes, ADNOC permits, gate passes, etc.

- Manage tanker operations, including loading/unloading procedures and client site requirements.

### *3. HSE & Compliance*

- Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards, including ADNOC, DOT, and industrial client requirements.

- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.

- Ensure compliance with UAE transport laws, driver licensing, and vehicle regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.

### *4. Cost & Performance Control*

- Monitor operational expenses, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.

- Implement cost‑saving initiatives without compromising safety or service quality.

- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management.

### *5. Team Leadership*

- Supervise dispatchers, coordinators, drivers, and operational staff.

- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

- Promote discipline, teamwork, and a high‑performance culture.

## *Qualifications*

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in transport or logistics operations.

- Strong knowledge of tanker operations, fleet management, and HSE compliance.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage 24/7 operations
