Operations Manager

A Multi-Unit Operations Manager oversees the performance, profitability, and strategic growth of restaurants within the same brand, acting as the crucial link between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution by managing unit General Managers, ensuring consistency, controlling costs, and driving revenue across their region. Key responsibilities include financial oversight (P&L, budgeting), team development, maintaining brand standards, implementing company policies, and improving customer satisfaction across all sites, focusing on data-driven decisions for sustainable growth. Core Responsibilities

  • Performance & Profitability: Drives regional financial results, manages budgets, controls operational costs (labor, product), and analyzes performance data.
  • Strategic Leadership: Translates corporate goals into actionable plans, ensures consistent brand experience, and identifies growth opportunities.
  • Team Management: Hires, trains, develops, and mentors General Managers and their teams, fostering a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensures adherence to company standards, implements new systems, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize performance and support local units.
