Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support sales operations processes to ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions.
- Coordinate closely with sales teams, brokers, developers, and internal departments to align procurement and operational requirements.
- Handle procurement activities related to real estate operations, including vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and service requirements to support ongoing real estate projects and sales activities.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to sales performance, procurement status, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Solid experience in sales operations and procurement, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, proactive, and able to handle responsibilities independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant real estate or ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
