Factory Supervisor

• Must have UAE Driving License
• Minimum 2 years Experience in Wood & Steel Manufacturing Industry

Job Description

• Supervise the day-to-day production activities and report the same to project manager/installation manager
• Frequently update the manager on project requirements in regard to staff, equipment as well as materials.
• Report daily the current status of production works and its progress
• Update the team on and changes that may occur in regard to materials/drawings etc.
• Coordinate with all other third parties such as sub-contractors / consultants
• Report to manager on any verbal / written new instructions as it arrives from consultants / sub-contractors.
• Adhere to health & safety and quality procedure in order to be in full compliance with regulations/standards and specifications
• Assist production workers in daily manufacturing activities when required.
• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment as per company procedures.
• Support material handling, loading, unloading, and movement of finished goods.
• Participate in assembly, fabrication, packaging, or other production processes as needed.
• Support the team during peak production periods to ensure targets are achieved.
• Perform any other factory-related duties assigned by management.

Experience:

• Wooden Joinery Production Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
