Job Details:

Manage daily operations of the maintenance workshop to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of heavy machinery and equipment.

Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in an organized manner.

Oversee spare parts procurement, control inventory levels, and ensure proper utilization of workshop resources.

Handle petty cash operations and prepare regular operational and financial reports for management review.

Supervise workshop staff, assign tasks, and ensure proper coordination and workflow within the team.

Monitor equipment performance and take necessary actions to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out according to safety guidelines and standard procedures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop productivity and reliability.

Maintain effective communication and coordination between technical teams and management.

Assist in planning maintenance budgets and controlling operational costs where required.

Job Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in managing workshops for vehicles, heavy transport, or construction equipment.

Good understanding of budget control, inventory management, and operational planning.

Experience in team supervision and leadership roles.

Strong problem solving and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
