
- Key Responsibilities:
- ● Inventory Management
- 1. Maintain accurate stock records for incoming and outgoing inventory (e.g., AC units, spare parts, installation tools).
- 2. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with ERP/software entries. 3. Monitor stock levels and raise reordering alerts for critical items.
- ● Dispatch & Receiving 1. Oversee the timely dispatch of goods to customers, technicians, or installation teams. 2. Coordinate inbound logistics for goods received from OEMs or vendors. 3. Ensure quality checks are performed on incoming items
- . ● Documentation & Systems 1. Maintain proper documentation: delivery challans, GRNs, invoices, and stock registers
- . 2. Update all transactions in the ERP system (e.g., Zoho, Tally, or custom platform). 3. Ensure correct tagging and barcoding of inventory items.
- ● Team & Process Management 1. Supervise loaders, drivers, and warehouse helpers. 2. Implement and maintain 5S, FIFO, and other warehouse management best practices. 3. Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
- ● Installation & Service Support 1. Work with service/installation coordinators to prepare kits for field teams.
- 2. Track material usage and return from field teams. 3. Maintain spare stock for emergency breakdowns and replacements. Key Skills & Requirements:
- ● 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in hardware, electronics, HVAC, or startup ecosystems
- ● Experience with ERP/WMS systems ● Basic Excel and documentation skills
- ● Strong organizational and communication abilities
- ● Familiarity with transport vendors and dispatch management
