Factory Supervisor – Metal Fabrication

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to oversee daily metal fabrication production activities. The candidate will ensure smooth operations, quality control, and timely completion of fabrication orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory operations (cutting, welding, bending, assembly).
• Manage fabricators, welders, machine operators, and helpers.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with site team and project manager for delivery schedules.
• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct final inspection before dispatch.
• Maintain safety procedures and machine safety compliance.
• Report daily production updates to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read technical/shop drawings.
• Leadership and team handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of welding types (MIG, TIG, ARC).
• Knowledge of production planning.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification (preferred).
• 2+ years experience in metal fabrication factory supervision.
