Teaching
Advanced Instruction: Teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses, often including specialized and advanced topics.

Subject Matter Expertise: Possessing deep knowledge and understanding of their field, including emerging trends and current debates.

Curriculum Development & Innovation: Taking a more active role in shaping curriculum, designing new courses, and implementing innovative teaching methods.

Experience:

Teaching: A minimum of 5-8 years of full-time teaching experience at the university level, with a demonstrated record of teaching excellence. This includes experience designing and teaching a variety of courses, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development.

Research: A strong record of research productivity, including publications in peer-reviewed journals, presentations at conferences, and potentially external funding. Evidence of a sustained and impactful research program is crucial.

Service: Active participation in university service, professional organizations, and/or community engagement. This demonstrates a commitment to the broader academic community and the profession.
Knowledge and Skills:

Familiarity with technology and awareness of the latest trends in hospitality business and education.

Fluent in English (Arabic language, a plus).

IT literate.

Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in working in a multicultural environment.
