We are seeking a conscientious, detail-oriented, and tenacious Family Law Attorney to join our firm. This position offers the opportunity to handle all aspects of family law litigation while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives during critical transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases from inception through resolution
• Prepare comprehensive pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Draft and file requests for orders
• Represent clients in hearings and trials
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Develop case strategies and provide sound legal counsel
• Maintain detailed case files and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing
• Exceptional written communication skills with demonstrated ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Persuasive oral advocacy skills for courtroom presentations
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Tenacious approach to advocacy while maintaining professionalism
