Family Law Attorney (Boca Raton)

Boutique Florida Family Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Associate Attorney with 3 + years of experience in family law to join its team! (We will consider some limited hybrid remote for experienced candidates if necessary).

IDEAL CANDIDATE would have 3 + years experience with all phases of FLORIDA FAMILY LAW cases from intake through settlement/trial. Need to be able to manage your own caseload of family law files from intake to trial prep / mediation, including pleadings, motions, court appearances, legal research and writing, providing with the clients with sound legal advice on the issues they're presenting to us, issuing/answering written discovery, brief writing, managing your calendar properly, taking and defending depositions, mediation and trial prep.

You will receive assistance from our firm's Paralegals and Legal Assistants on your files.

SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WITH SOME OF THESE AREAS IN FLORIDA FAMILY LAW:

• Divorce
• Collaborative Divorce
• Alimony
• Child Custody and Timesharing
• Child Support / Custody
• Family Law Mediation
• Marital Asset Division
• Post Dissolution Modifications
• Paternity
• Prenuptial Agreements

MUST be currently licensed to practice law in FLORIDA.

• SALARY: $130,000 to $190,000 (Depending on your experience)
