Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney who wants to step away from the stress of litigation and billing pressures and instead apply their expertise directly at the front end of the client relationship—guiding potential new clients during the most pivotal moment: their first consultation. This role is less about courtroom battles and more about connection, clarity, and compassionate guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in‑office and virtual initial consultations with prospective clients—listening deeply, answering questions, and offering clear, empathetic guidance.
• Translate your family law experience into meaningful advice that supports clients at their most vulnerable moment, when they are faced with a life changing decision.
• Collaborate with our team to seamlessly transition clients from intake to legal service, maintaining a high-touch, client-centric experience.
• Support firm growth through consultative excellence—your success includes a sales-driven bonus structure , rewarding fee conversions and client satisfaction.

Who You Are

• Licensed Georgia attorney with over 5 years’ experience in family law.
• Seeking a role with no litigation , no court appearances , and no billable hour demands .
