Yaffa Family Law Group, a distinguished boutique family and matrimonial law firm in Boca Raton, Florida, specializing in more moderate to high-net-worth and high-conflict cases, is seeking an exceptional Litigation Paralegal. As a key member of our dedicated team of three attorneys, a forensic accountant, and support staff, you will be instrumental in managing complex legal matters. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications & Requirements for Success:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, primarily within a litigation-focused family law environment. We will also consider candidates with robust litigation experience in other areas.

Profound knowledge of Florida family law, including applicable statutes and rules.

Superior organizational abilities to handle complex scheduling, maintain critical case deadlines, and manage extensive discovery processes (e.g., financial affidavits, mandatory disclosures, responses to production requests).

Demonstrated proficiency in drafting pleadings and other legal documents, organizing financial records, preparing missing document lists, drafting motions, and answering interrogatories.

Expertise in e-filing, legal investigation, and research, with the ability to provide comprehensive support to attorneys as needed.

Solid interpersonal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with judicial staff, opposing counsel, and clients during sensitive times.

A collaborative team player mentality, capable of prioritizing and organizing multiple assignments efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Word, Zoom, Clio, Outlook, Excel).

Preference will be given to candidates with a paralegal professional certification or advanced paralegal education.
