Family Law Paralegal

Are you a highly skilled Family Law Paralegal with 3+ years of Arizona family law experience? We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team!

Position Details:
✅ Title: Family Law Paralegal
✅ Location: Fully Remote (with occasional in-office work as needed)
✅ Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 per year, DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Draft family law pleadings, disclosures, discovery, and correspondence
• Prepare documents for hearings, mediations, and trials
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client communication
• Assist attorneys with trial prep, legal research, and calendaring
• Provide compassionate client support in sensitive family law matters

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of Arizona family law experience
• Strong knowledge of Arizona family law rules, procedures, and court filings
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal case management software
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage a busy caseload
