Duties:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement care plans
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure team based well coordinated continuity of care

Experience:
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
