Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages within an outpatient setting. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality healthcare services, promoting wellness, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patient examinations, including medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic procedures. - Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual healthcare needs and concerns. - Administer medical care, treatments, and procedures following established clinical guidelines and best practices. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal health outcomes. - Participate in data collection, documentation, and utilization of electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks. - Stay updated on the latest medical advancements, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. - Provide patient education on preventive care, wellness strategies, and treatment options to promote overall health and well-being. Requirements: - Medical degree from an accredited institution and board certification in Family Medicine. - Experience working in an outpatient or medical office setting is preferred. - Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems. - Strong clinical skills, compassionate patient care approach, and dedication to delivering exceptional medical services. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
