• Develop accurate garment patterns for men’s wear
• Create base patterns, size sets, and grading
• Ensure proper fit, balance, and garment construction
• Coordinate with sampling and production teams
• Conduct fit trials and make pattern corrections
• Support bulk production and resolve pattern-related issues
• Work with different fabrics and adjust patterns accordingly
• Maintain pattern records and specifications
• Design men’s wear collections (casual, activewear, daily wear)
• Create new styles, silhouettes, and design concepts
• Develop tech packs (measurements, trims, fabrics, construction details)
• Select fabrics, colors, prints, and trims
• Coordinate with pattern, sampling, and production teams
• Review samples and fittings and suggest design improvements
• Stay updated with fashion trends and market demand
• Support bulk production for design-related clarifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
