Role Overview:

We are looking for a Regular (Mid-Level) Designer with 4–5 years of experience in export garments companies. The role requires execution-focused design support with exposure to high-fashion export work, not a senior or lead designer profile.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop designs as per export buyer briefs

· Prepare sketches, colorways, and design details

· Support seasonal collections and sampling activities

· Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams

· Assist in fabric, trims, and embellishment selection

· Ensure designs meet export quality standards and timelines

· Make design changes as per buyer or internal feedback

High Fashion & Export Exposure:

· Worked on trend-based, fashion-forward export designs

· Exposure to international buyer requirements and styling

· Involvement in sampling and design development for high-fashion styles

· Understanding of modern silhouettes, detailing, and finishes

· Worked under guidance (not as design head or senior designer)

Candidate Profile:

· 4–5 years experience in export garments industry

· Regular / mid-level designer profile (not senior, not lead)

· Good knowledge of fabrics, fits, and export quality standards

· Comfortable in support & execution role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
