Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands (especially European & UK markets).
• Develop seasonal collections and design concepts based on buyer requirements.
• Create sketches (manual & digital using Illustrator/CorelDRAW).
• Prepare tech packs including measurements, fabric details, trims, and stitching instructions.
• Coordinate with sampling and production teams for prototype development.
• Review samples and suggest necessary modifications before bulk production.
• Work closely with merchandisers for buyer presentations.
• Ensure designs meet cost targets and production feasibility.
• Maintain updated design archives and fabric libraries.
• Support marketing team in photoshoots and promotional content when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Fashion Designing.
• 3–5 years experience in apparel manufacturing or export industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric behavior.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Understanding of international sizing standards (UK/EU preferred).

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

Experience:
